Return Policy

We guarantee to refund or exchange on any item you aren't 100% happy with when you return it to us in an unused and saleable condition. You can return your order through post. Kindly contact [email protected] for forwarding address details. Please post any returns to us within 14 days of receipt, using a carrier who can give you a tracking number as, until the parcel reaches us, it is your full responsibility.

Returns are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. This is subject to take longer, about a week, especially during festive seasons. 

All refunds would be processed and funded back to the same method of payment i.e. bank cards or PayPal. Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account due to processes from your bank or card issuer.
